We take care of every step of the supply chain from the birth of the animal to the final product, so to guarantee that our cured meats comply with high quality standards and nutritional values.

Our breeding farms are located amidst the lush green hills of Garda Lake, area which gives us a good part of the cereals used to feed our animals. A rich and beneficial micro-climate helps increasing the quality of the agricultural production and favours the breeding activity. This allows us to implement cutting-edge actions, such as a responsible antibiotic use and the application of regulations on the Animal Welfare.
Our cured meats originate only from pigs born and grown in our Farm who strictly respond to the rules outlined in the PDO Production Specifications.
The care we take of our pig feed and welfare, gives us satisfaction through our fragrant, soft and richly flavoury products: Prosciutto Crudo Bucolico DOP di San Daniele (Bucolico PDO Dry Cured Ham of San Daniele del Friuli), Prosciutto Cotto Catullo di Alta Qualità (High Quality Baked Ham), Coppa Cotta Vinessa (pork neck baked into Lugana Wine), Pancetta Rosetta (Rosetta Bacon) and Salami El Salam.
