ANTIBIOTIC FREE SALAMI
Our Salami is prepared only with with cuts of thigh and bacon. It is lightly seasoned with natural aromas and with a little garlic scent in respect of the local tradition.
Its aging period depends on the dimensions: from 60 days for the smallest ones, up to 90 days for the biggest ones.
El Salam, with its unmistakable scents, has a has a soft and creamy texture that favours the release of its unique taste in mouth.
What makes our products different is always the same: high quality meat carefully worked by skilful hands.
El Salam is produced without gluten, lactose, polyphosphates, vegetable proteins and without the addition of glutamate and water.
