
Slaughtering
Pigs are brought to the OPAS abattoir once they are over 9 months of age and they are reared to 170 kilos weight. Our Farm prouds itself of being a registered partner of the OPAS cooperative abattoir: the most qualified Italian company in terms of sanitary and international certifications.
The abattoir, which is the biggest in Italy, is provided with cutting edge technology and is entitled with adequate sanitary certifications, ensuring excellent hygene for the final products.
