Bucolico 24 months
You can also find a longer aged Bucolico: 24 months, in order to obtain a characteristic scent and a richer flavour. The thighs selected for such a long aging come from heavier pigs, of at least 180 kilos weight, and 9 to 10 months old.
The thick-sliced prosciutto has a more uniform and intense colour, with a stronger and authentic flavour, forged by time. Its fragrance has notes of dry friuts, light toasting and butter.
24-months aged Bucolico’s organoleptic and nutritional values meet our customers’ expectations in terms of tenderness and sweetness.
Only meat and salt with no added preservatives.
