Bucolico is a top-quality dry cured ham for its excellent and peerless features. It is made only from Antibiotic Free Pigs*, aged at least 9 months, weighting minimum 170 kilos, born and grown traditionally in our Farm.
By checking the whole supply chain, we are able to guarantee stable uniformity of our dry cured ham organoleptic and nutritional values.
While ageing for 18 months in selected ham plants in San Daniele del Friuli, Bucolico is salted, well-aired and constantly controlled. Bucolico is also a PDO product.
Its main characteristics are the pinkish colour, a distinctive marbling and a completely pure white layer of fat. It melts into the mouth, so offering the palate a remarkable tenderness, sweetness and an unmistakable distinctive flavour.
Its fragrance has notes of dry friuts, light toasting and butter.
*Kiwa certification DT35 ALI 01894, antibiotic free after the 49th day of birth
